The days before and after Thanksgiving are especially wonderful times for looking at how much that we have to be grateful for. I find one of the easiest and most insightful ways to this is to simply list out all of the areas in our life (family and friends, work, our physical being, etc) and look at what you are most grateful for. Leave some time to do this in a relaxed environment. Notice how you feel doing this exercise.
The world is full of greatness. There is much to be grateful for! As you begin to tune into what you are grateful for and to show gratitude for these gifts, more gifts are sure to follow.
