Dear Debbe,

I have been attending your workshops for a while now and must say that this one about change and gratitude, has awoken within me that trust within myself, that has been evasive for some time. It has been evasive, partly because I had not totally come to the knowledge of who I truly am. The trust I now feel is giving me the strength to just let go of a book I am writing, one I felt compelled to write and to begin a new one. One I know now is the right one after all this time of reflection, writing, diarizing, researching.....I look at what has transpired as not time lost or words written for nothing, but as steps along the way to a change I am so looking forward to. But now I am armed with gratitude and trust.

These are the wings I now have because I trust, am grateful and believe in myself.

Thank you so much for all the words of wisdom that came from yesterday's dialogue. Saying what I did at the end has opened a huge door for me. I had to state that I needed to let go of the fear of discovering truths about myself. The dialogue and listening brought this to my surface.

Have a super day and thank you also to Maureen and Gloria as well as all those who took part and made it such a powerful dialogue.
