I think I found this blog as a result of just what you speak of. ;0) I think often about the coincidences that I see and coincidences in other's lives as well, things that they do not see. I think we are blessed to experience and notice these things.

Back in 1979, (senior year - high school), we were required to take a psychology course. The required reading: Dr. Wayne Dyer's first book entitled: "Your Erroneous Zones". That book forever changed how I would look at my life, situations and people.

Learning from Dr. Dyer how to think differently and as an individual, more thoughtfully about one's life and other people, our world, it's history, has helped me through some very difficult times. It also taught me that I didn't have to be lead around by (the crowd at 18) and later on by my life's circumstances. I learned I could decipher for myself what was of value and leave the rest.

I have followed Dr. Dyer's success and transformation as a writer and motivational speaker ever since. He is a part of my life. (www.hayhouseradio.com) I believe that the experience was meant to be for me, and really and truly shaped me as the person I am today.

Hi Debra and all,

Nice to meet you Debra. Thanks for sharing www.hayhouseradio.com.

I listened to some live radio the other night on Hay House Radio and really enjoyed. Do you have some of your writing on that site? I could not find if you do.

I noticed you were a senior in high school in 1979. I was a senior in high school in 1980; pretty close to me.

Debra, I am sure glad you did not get led around by the crowd at 18. At times it is much easier to go with the flow then to create your own path. If you did follow the crowd it is possible you would not be the inspired person you are today.

Any tips that will help us to know when it is best to pursue forward or use discipline and wait? Any other thoughts?

Look forward to hearing from you.
