Hello everyone,
Have you ever had to rely on faith and your intuitions’? Maybe you feel that forging ahead to try to obtain your goals sooner than later might allow you to obtain the success you are looking for? Have you had unexplained things happen to give you insights to what you should do in these instances of uncertainty?
I have had such feelings many times. I will tell you about one of these unexplainable events.
I had just gotten home from hospital after 7 long months. I had lost all eyesight while in hospital from a very critical illness. I had been in a coma and on life support for 3 months. Because of my serious condition I had many people praying for me to live. Some of these people I did not even know. I did live and get out of hospital I am very happy to say.
Not long after getting home from hospital I got a call from a church I had never heard of. They said “is your name Bill Tipton”? I said “yes”? They asked are you blind? I hesitated for a moment in wonder of how this person knew me. Then I told them yes I did just go completely blind instantly because of a very critical illness. They sounded very excited, and told me they had found my braille bible with my name and phone number written in it. I told them I had just gone blind, did not know braille yet and had no braille bible. I also told them I had never heard of their church or had been to this church. To this day I wonder how my name and phone number got into a braille bible that was left in the pew of a church I had never been to.
I do not need to seek all the answers to why some things happen. Just gratefully accept help when offered, pay attention to my intuitions, have faith, when to pursue ahead in my work or goals with discipline and passion. Life at times seems like I am cooking a complicated dish. Some times you need to do things in a hurry. Other times you need to let your actions have time to work on there own based on your initial momentum you created. You need to learn to trust your inner feelings and outside signals in your pursuit to your goals to get just the correct mixture of very hard work and patience so your success is the best it can be. Trying to force some things might set them off their natural course in which your destiny was met for.
Does anyone have any other tips that will help us to know when it is best to pursue forward or use discipline and wait? Anyone have stories of signals that you cannot explain, but might have had some meaning you were supposed to notice?
Look forward to hearing from you.
Bill Tipton
