There is so much for us all to learn from each other. Sometimes, I think, as women, we stay focused on learning from just within the ranks and role models of women leaders. It is afterall so exciting to see the powerful examples, strengths, knowledge and know-how that women are contributing.
However, we have to recognize that there are new voices of leadership showing up in MEN that also represent a new kind of business thinking. I recently had the opportunity to talk with Chris Kenny, partner with the Star Group, specializing in in organizational strategic business solutions.
