"The Abundance Mentality flows out of a deep inner sense of personal worth and security. It is the paradigm that there is plenty out there and enough to spare for everybody. It results in sharing of prestige, of recognition, of profits, of decision making. It opens possibilities, options, alternatives and creativity" Daily Reflections For Highly Effective- People Stephen Covey
Inner personal worth and security are golden gifts. They come from a deep sense of knowing that what supplies us is endless. Certainly, having confidence in our gifts and talents adds to what we can comfortably offer the world. But, we also need to have a strong belief and sense of knowing that we are provided for".
Business provides us with many challenges on a daily basis. We are tested in many areas. When we work from a place that allows us to contribute our gifts and natural talents we usually find greater success. This does not mean that the road is paved with a red carpet and all of the doors fling open but we must align our daily contributions with what we do best and love. When we combine right action and trust we must then let go and allow for universal intervention.

I also find that when I approach the world... my work... my relationships... with an abundance mentality, it helps to shift the energy of the interaction right up the scale of positive-ness that actually manifests itself in even greater abundance. I think so much of it is about getting that energy right -- getting it moving in a healthy, positive direction that creates more and more goodness.

I FOUND THAT LISTENED TO GIFTED SPEAKERS HELPS MY MIND IN THINKING OF ABUNDANCE, HOWEVER, WHEN I GET OUT INTO THE WORLD, THINGS COME AT ME. BUT, GETTING IN TOUCH WITH PEOPLE WHO LIKE MY IDEAS CAN BE REWARDING, BUT THEN I HAVE DOUBTS AGAIN. I HAVE TO GET SOME NEW BOOKS TO READ, I TRIED MAINFESTING IN THOUGHTS, IT'S VERY ALLUDING AT TIMES. ESPECIALLY WHEN I SEE THE POOR, WHO DON'T HAVE NOTHING.

Dear Linda,
Yes, I do think you are right about how we have to revisit things. Someone shared the book, Signs of Life by Angeles Arrien. It talks about the five universal shapes. The spiral historically represents this cycle you mention. It is about the process of us changing and evolving ---- coming back to the same place again and again seeing it with a new perspective each time.
So keep on keeping on! You seem to be observing, thinking and questioning ---- this is the process of growth that will ultimately lead to the opening you seek for your new ideas.
Thanks so much for sharing what we all feel.
