Can you lead your people without seeking to control?

Can you open and close the gates in harmony with nature?

Can you be understanding without trying to be wise?

Can you create without possessiveness, accomplish without taking credit,

Come out from under yourself.  Be the tree outside the forest looking in.  Observe mindfully how you are in the world.  Notice your strengths and honor them.  Observe your weaknesses and improve them.  The opportunity for growth is yours.  The knowledge of your weaknesses is your strength.  Observe them.  Grow.
