Don't you love to see people that are comfortable with who they have grown to be? You know, the ones that just seemingly move through life with ease and speak with a calmness and an inner strength that makes listening to them a soothing experience. One person that radiates this countenance for me is Morgan Freeman (video), the accomplished actor. Whether he is interviewing or in a film, drama or comedy, he has that special something I would love to possess ---- and I continue to work on it. These qualities also show up in the very young ------- Ethan Bortnick, piano master at age 6 (video) is a shining example.
A woman that comes to mind is Cat Deeley, the host from London on So You Think You Can Dance [previous link is to show video; includes many people comfortable with themselves and you'll see Cat Deeley in action]. What radiates beyond her obvious outer beauty and the comfort with herself as a person is her genuine care for people. This is evident, not just in her words, but by her visual interaction with others on and off stage. It is a very special quality to watch. The interview below provides a glimpse of her radiant presence.
These same inner-strength qualities exist in many talented people changing the world --- many with well known names and with names we wouldn't recognize --- but I am certain you know some yourself. These three public people serve as examples and also as an invitation to you to think about the special people you know with inner strength that radiates.

I came across a writing of Emmet Fox in a favorite book, Around the Year with Emmet Fox (I've mentioned him many times). It gives us the formula. Let me paraphrase...
"...You can build any quality into your mind and begin by meditating or thinking about it every day. You have created your limited self by thinking and you can change it at any moment by thinking in a new way --- envisioning yourself with this quality."
With this wisdom in your mind, I invite you to bring Emmet Fox's message into the days ahead. See how it changes you.
